Shipping Policy
- Kancheepuram Varamahalakshmi Silks offers Express Delivery within 24 hrs from the time of order placed. Valid only in Hyderabad City. A delivery fee of Rs. 250 per order is applicable.
- Kancheepuram Varamahalakshmi Silks applies a shipping charge of Rs.300 for the first saree and Rs.200 for the second saree, with an additional Rs.100 for each subsequent saree in the same order shipped within India.
- We charge INR 1500 for the first Saree and INR 500 for each additional Saree as international shipping charges for orders placed to ship outside India.
- Customs clearance charges should be borne by the customer.
- The placed orders will be processed in the weekdays (Monday to Saturdays), excluding the public holidays.
- Orders placed will be delivered within 4-7 working days within India. Delivery locations outside India will take around 10-15 days. The international shipping delivery estimation might also vary according to our international courier partners’ presence in the designated country to be delivered, and might take longer than the estimated time, at times.
- To ensure faster delivery time and appropriate handling of the delivery, we only partner with reputed delivery partners like FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, Ecom Express for both domestic and international shipments.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid delays in the delivery of the product(s), as we would not be liable if any incorrect address provided and no refunds may be claimed by the customer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which is caused due to reasons beyond our control.
